Euphorbia milii Des Moul is a deciduous bush indigenous to Madagascar. The present study aims investigate the presence of phytochemical, in-vitro antioxidant and antimicrobial potency, in-silico computational analysis ethanolic aqueous preparations E. leaves flowers. extracts were tested for activity by DPPH, H2O2, TAC, FRAP assay. In addition, potentials assayed agar well diffusion technique against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans various clinical isolates. qualitative phytochemical results confirmed existence alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolics, tannins. quantitative elicits availability magnificent number flavonols, Among all extracts, exhibited potent in FRAP, H2O2 assay with IC50 value 30.70, 60.05, 82.92µg/mL, respectively. assay, displayed zone inhibition varies from 2-24mm at different concentrations ranging 10-320 mg/mL, whereas no was observed albicans. Furthermore, docking-based has revealed that beta-sitosterol taraxerol are plant's active constituents responsible their activities. Research findings suggest plant an excellent prospect further its extended antioxidative potential. It could be natural source ailments can utilized develop new drugs.
